Over the last month, I’ve been working on figuring out the best morning routine.
Everyone out there says being a morning person is better, because of everything you can accomplish. Following being a morning person is starting the morning off right.. which by all accounts on the inter-webs is through having breakfast.
Now, I’m going to start this off by saying I am NOT a morning person, and even more so I’m not a breakfast person. So therefore the past month has been struggle bus central for me.
I’ve tried different wraps, simple breakfasts, coffee, oats, cereal, pop tarts (yes I was at that point), nothing seemed to get me excited to do anything in the morning and more so nothing would fuel me enough to get through the day.
But I’ve discovered the PERFECT morning smoothie, that gets be excited, has vitamin B12 (energy packed) Contains protein, and fills me up.
So now I’m sharing it with you.

Peaches and Cream Oatmeal Smoothie Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen peach slices
- 1 cup coconut cream (many people use Greek yogurt and some types of flavors but I stay pretty vegan)
- ¼ cup oatmeal
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup almond/oat/coconut milk
- Handful of Chai seeds
Blend this beauty together.. and BOOM.
The perfect morning smoothie. This will help in weight loss, as well as sustainability in your body to power you through your full busy day. So after that jump on the TerraFIT and kick the morning in the face.
That being said.. I’m still looking for ways to improve the mornings.. so if you have a better smoothie.. we’d love to hear it.
